Physique competition

A physique body is a good train and having a proper procedure of workout. You cant skip any of the programs that must be followed. Following those procedure better progress to achieve. I engaged myself in a bodybuilding competition because my fellow gym buddies and coaches discovered potential from my physique body. I join Mr.fitness a physique bodybuilding competition last December 9, 2019, held at Pelaez Sports Complex. I was 3rd placer that moment not bad at all for a first-timer.

That moment I was shocked I didn’t expect that coming. I sacrifice a lot of time, efforts and especially money. After all my struggle, that was a great experience. I feel the supports of my friends.

I captured this photo before the day of my competition. My coach told me to eat a lot of carbs that night for me to be bloated and pump. Three days before the competition I eat high carbs foods like pasta, burger, pizza, and rice that was recommended by my coach. The diet I engage in was insane, the same meal I take every day.I keep doing it and maintain focus and most of all discipline.My body that moment was so dehydrated less water I take every day for my body to keep dry. It was not easy to be dehydrated, but whatever it takes it must be followed.

I train myself in every meal that I take.

The same meal every day like oats, chicken, and egg every morning. Chicken, veggies, sweet potato every lunch and the same meal at dinner time. Chicken and egg for the source of protein, these foods are the best example of high protein foods. Veggies for better digestions while oats for a source of carbs. These are just basic food preparation for achieving a physique body and joining competition. There are lots of meal plans to follow it depends on the money that you will spend. The time comes that I crave a lot of food like I want to eat a lot of food but my coach recommends me not to do that. I start doing it so I must maintain it that would be the rule for this field bodybuilding. Luckily I succeeded in my train of workout and meal plan.
