Physical Fitness

In every aspect of our life, we always encounter challenges that might lead us to failure. That failure helps us to be better. We need to fail to claim that ladder. Whatever it takes, positivity must prevail. Physical fitness is a stage of well-being that help to prolong our life. Without these, the life will be very unhappy and dreadful. An unhealthy person will not be able to enjoy their life to full extent. Working a body to fitness is not easy, consistency must stand to achieve a goal. Negativity ruins your mind – remember why you are doing all of this. Whatever you are doing it reflects who you are. In every lift, you accomplish it empowers your mentality that you can do more. More weights more progression of the destination for your purposes. Having a mindset that is prone to a fitness center, it describes how you take good care of yourself. There are factors that we don’t know the proper process to be physically fit that might result in nothing, it’s better to look for a possible solution on it. We are humans who considered the most literate creatures. There are no such alibis that could stop you from acquiring what you’re aiming to. No reasons for you to not achieve your physical body goals. In developing a physical fitness body it takes time, efforts and actions that the outcome will notice to your body.

This is the story:

I’ve been abusing myself for an unhealthy lifestyle at some point it leads me to illness. This is King Simbajon experiencing bad habits before and now I’m trying to fix what is good for me. There was a time I eat junk food and watching television all day long. My weight crept up and my confidence diminished. I also suffered from bullying which only knocked me down further.

I wasn’t very confident about the outcome of my journey, and everything seemed impossible to me. With no idea about nutrition or training, I went it alone. With the help of my fellow gym buddy, I succeed in my fitness journey.

Despite all of the challenges, I experience the fulfillment of what I am doing right now. Lots of lessons that I gain that made me tough enough to move forward to a new beginning.

Words aren’t enough, the action does. I’ve been carrying these words to be more dedicated to my field. The daily basis of my energy is the progress of what I am doing. I know in every action we did there is a result of an outcome that will show up to us. As I look up to the mirror I discover some facts about myself that I can do more. I join competition that is not very common for my age. I was shock that I made it. I train a lot, I lift a lot, the most important thing is I train myself about discipline. No matter what happened if I fail or succeed, the important aspect on it is I gain lessons on it.

A good health means that a person is physically and mentally strong and fitness. The person possessing good health and fitness can enjoy his/her life completely.

WORKOUT!

I consider that it is important for every person to have a personal health and fitness routine that they can implement in their daily lives. A workout is one of the examples of it. The only thing one should remember is that too much workout can cause problems for your health, so balance is key. The only way to have a defined body is to ensure the proper workout levels of our body. It’s better to have professional gym instructors. We’ve got different body types the Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph.

You must know what body type you have because there is a specific program of workout for your body type. Those with the ectomorph body type can get away with eating more carbs than endomorphs and mesomorphs. However, this doesn’t mean that you can eat whatever you want and not have it affect your body. As ectomorphs can find it quite challenging to gain size, it may be beneficial to use additional supplements such as BCAAs or protein shakes that could give you that extra boost. Mesomorphs find it easier to build muscle and lose fat than the ectomorphs and endomorphs.

Mesomorph body type must not have to go insanely heavy on the weights to get results. You can lift moderately and still progress. For endomorphs, it is better to up their intense aerobic exercise for toning their fats. Professional gym instructors can handle those kinds of situations. They can address it easily as they observe your strength and body figure you have. The time comes that you will experience injuries. The best way to minimize injuries is to know proper knowledge in every execution of an exercise. By that, you gain and achieve the specific muscle that you are targeting. A workout session at the gym may leave you powered up for a night out on the town. It turns out that sleep is crucial for strength training recovery and helps with muscle repair after a workout. Every workout you’ve done the best way to gain size is to sleep. It heals and repairs the muscle tissues in sleeping hours.

My workout program gives me a big impact to be in the proper process of gaining muscles. I’ve been using these programs for a year and I consistently doing it, however, there are times that I explore more other programs for me not to left behind with the other programs. Exploring new programs is good, just make sure that you are compatible with that program that you are looking for.

How did I come up with this muscular body?

Discipline

I train myself not just physically also mentally. It is not easy to be in this track, discipline is must prevail whatever happened. In this level, you can test yourself how your mindset works for your goal. No one will discipline you it is just yourself. Apply to your mentality the word goal, nothing will happen without discipline. For you to be tough discipline is key. Just keep doing results will come out.

The benefits beyond fit, it boosts our confidence to be more productive. It improves muscle strength and promotes better sleep. These are the common benefits of being fit.

Physique competition

A physique body is a good train and having a proper procedure of workout. You cant skip any of the programs that must be followed. Following those procedure better progress to achieve. I engaged myself in a bodybuilding competition because my fellow gym buddies and coaches discovered potential from my physique body. I join Mr.fitness a physique bodybuilding competition last December 9, 2019, held at Pelaez Sports Complex. I was 3rd placer that moment not bad at all for a first-timer.

That moment I was shocked I didn’t expect that coming. I sacrifice a lot of time, efforts and especially money. After all my struggle, that was a great experience. I feel the supports of my friends.

I captured this photo before the day of my competition. My coach told me to eat a lot of carbs that night for me to be bloated and pump. Three days before the competition I eat high carbs foods like pasta, burger, pizza, and rice that was recommended by my coach. The diet I engage in was insane, the same meal I take every day.I keep doing it and maintain focus and most of all discipline.My body that moment was so dehydrated less water I take every day for my body to keep dry. It was not easy to be dehydrated, but whatever it takes it must be followed.

I train myself in every meal that I take.

The same meal every day like oats, chicken, and egg every morning. Chicken, veggies, sweet potato every lunch and the same meal at dinner time. Chicken and egg for the source of protein, these foods are the best example of high protein foods. Veggies for better digestions while oats for a source of carbs. These are just basic food preparation for achieving a physique body and joining competition. There are lots of meal plans to follow it depends on the money that you will spend. The time comes that I crave a lot of food like I want to eat a lot of food but my coach recommends me not to do that. I start doing it so I must maintain it that would be the rule for this field bodybuilding. Luckily I succeeded in my train of workout and meal plan.

Valentines Day

Valentine’s Day, also called St. Valentine’s Day, holiday (February 14) when lovers express their affection with greetings and gifts. The holiday has origins in the Roman festival of Lupercalia, held in mid-February. The festival, which celebrated the coming of spring, included fertility rites and the pairing off of women with men by lottery. At the end of the 5th century, Pope  replaced Lupercalia with St. Valentine’s Day. It came to be celebrated as a day of romance from about the 14th century.

Should we celebrate Valentine’s Day ?

Valentine’s Day, full of love however you celebrated it alone or with someone. Still, every day is Valentine’s Day. Might we wondering is it necessary to give flowers, chocolates, and Teddy Bears for someone that we love. That stuff is just a gift to be given to our beloved to make them surprised and happy. The unconditional love is the best gift and the best to offer to each one of us. Im agree to celebrate Valentine’s Day is just once a year there is no reason why we don’t have to celebrate Valentine’s day. Eating dinner with the family is enough. Eating together laugh together is big impact to be happy and thankful.

When you’re alone you feel unloved try to mingle to those people that surround you. The best example though this is for those people working abroad . They sacrifice themself far from their family for them to earn money. Still, the love they have is unconditional love.
